# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The sauce comes together in one bowl and clings to every strand of noodle with creamy, spicy perfection.
  • It's flexible enough to eat hot, cold, or anywhere in between depending on your mood that day.
02 -
  • The sauce needs to coat the noodles while they're still slightly warm—if everything cools down completely, the peanut butter gets thick and won't distribute evenly.
  • Don't be shy with the lime at the end; it's what makes people say this tastes restaurant-quality.
03 -
  • Whisk your sauce in a shallow bowl rather than a deep one—you'll have an easier time mixing it, and you're less likely to splash peanut sauce on yourself.
  • If your peanut butter is too thick or your sauce breaks, a splash of warm water fixed it every time; start small and add gradually.
